Dropping a chaincase Bobcat 743 /Axle Seals

Exceptionally great video. This helped me immensely. I used a two point vehicle lift to raise the body off of the chain case. Your video is the only one on the internet that gave me the green light for my idea. I had to change out the axle bearings and seals. I had back surgery so I did not want to craw in and out trying to deal with the chain case still in the Bobcat.

I think this skid steer had a previous life in the snow removal business. That rust is crazy.

I want to drop a comment to thank you for unlocking some 'mysteries' for me. I have an oldie as well. 530. Tho not as crusty. But old. And it's a gasoline powered job. I went from the original Kohler to a 670 predator Vtwin. It's going to need some axle and chain case work eventually so to me dropping the whole geartrain is the ticket. 👍

I had a 642b and a 643 in similar shape. They were good projects. Watch out for some of the aftermarket parts they dont fit very well. Keep at it and build your channel!
