The rich few % as in the rest of the world just stuff it in the bank or buy shares yo make even more money. The occasional philathropist is rare and still lives well. I often wonder how different India, Pakistan and Bsmgladesh would be if the British hadnt used their army to bolster the billy boys of the East India Company who used their private militia to force local enterprise to knuckle under their yoke. Not to mention the British blockade of Chinese ports to force them to continue supplying the opium which was used to keep the Indian tea plantation workers compliant with their awful conditions. Oh my goodness, the sound that poor little pup made while in the sewage tank tore at my heart and sent tears running down my face. So glad you arrived in time to save him. Another few minutes would have been too late. Fabulous work you people do. Why wouldn't the people who live or work nearby put a cover over the tank - it must smell awful and would have prevented this little pup from falling in. I gave my 3 dogs super big cuddles after watching this video.
