Hi Good Day, I have Plantar Fasciitis with both feet. I did physical therapy for 2 months now. And i bought shoes for plantar fasciitis and soles. But since everything is going back to normal at work i have to stand up for 4-8 hrs or more every other day and it still hurts so bad. So i had to make appointment for podiatrists to do steroids.
