It's 1999rps, it's full therapy, you are saving 9 sessions fees by doing this therapy at home.I hv been experience with other psychiatrist, they are very costly. This is not for only mental illness problems but it helps in our routine life issues as well.

. Depression ke treatment me psychotherapy ko bahut important mana gaya hai. Psychotherapy me mainly Cognitive Behavioral therapy sabse effective therapy hai. CBT ko Cognitive behavioral therapy kaha jaata hai. Ye therapy trained psychologists provide karate hain. Aisa dekha gaya hai ki Depression ke treatment me CBT kaafi beneficial hoti hai. Cognition ka matlab hai soch ya vichaar, CBT ka main aim Depression me aani wali negative soch ka ilaaj karna hai.
