When take deep breaths also you are lowering your blood pressure, take your blood pressure before you check your blood pressure and then check after you breath in and breath out( at least 5 times) then watch your pressure completely change and go down instantly, i use blood pressure and lost both kidneys in 2013, now because i changed my diet and get more excercise, remember EVERYTHING revolve around frequencies and vibrations folks, Dr. Rachel is grandiose at her PASSION for showing and telling you all....big THANK YOU TO DR. @Dr Rachael Ross About the humming makes a lot of sense for example :- Om is often referred to as the prime symbol of Hinduism and is said to be the primordial sound from which the universe was created. The three syllables A-U-M are said to represent the trinity of the three major gods: Brahma (the creator) Vishnu (the preserver) Shiva (the destroyer) They also symbolize the three gunas, or energies of nature: Sattva (balance and harmony) Rajas (action and enthusiasm) Tamas (inertia and darkness) A third trinity the three syllables are often said to represent is the three Vedas: Rigveda Yajurveda Samaveda These three scriptures are considered some of Hinduism's most important sources of spiritual knowledge. The sound of Om is believed to be so powerful that it can bring peace, clarity, and unity to one's mind. It is often chanted in prayers and rituals to connect with the divine, invoke spiritual guidance, and attain inner peace. In some teachings, it is said to help to purify the body by increasing the flow of prana (life force energy). Thanks for a great video.

At 77, I've been providing allopathic docs with a preliminary diagnosis for 3/4 century. I'm high IQ and rigorous with what I feed docs. Docs do not exchange info with us like you do. Their profits come from prescribing patent medicine. That is their mindset but also includes ordering medically necessary and UNNECESSARY procedures. Their focus IS NOT OUR HEALTH except to the most minimal level so we keep coming back. The term PROTOCOL has now been elevated to the level of an Oracle from God, when it is a death trap. Learned more from you before you camera fizzled than hundreds of visits to the masters of the Patented Universe and Big Pharma Storefronts. Thank you.

I use kinesiology tape to end my mouth breathing and it does certainly help. I started the process for an unrelated reason(sleep apnea) and besides boosting my mental awareness by eliminating my snoring I discover that I get a lot more erections overnight. I should also mention that I am not obese and my sleep apnea was mistreated for almost 16 years. It’s a lot easier sleeping with your mouth taped that breathing with a cpap.

Nitric oxide is so important . Really glad that the good Dr. is talking about it and the nasal breathing & humming aspects especially . My understanding has been that humming increases nitric oxide production 15 - 24 % . The best frequency to hum is at around 128-130 hz .

I was 2 weeks from heart failure, couldn't walk and didn't know anyone around me or even who I was. I forgot how to read and write. Two weeks after seeking the #1 doc in the world, who had to move to D.C., I mostly recovered after a 2 1/2 years battle. Then I had a relapse. When I could afford it, I was taking all the age reversal vitamins and mineral, they do today. Between that and learning to eat correctly, I was pain free and my mind was coming back to full strength. Red Light is helping with the pain now, but I have a cheap one. There are many cures out there now. Light and sound... No more drugs but lots of Vitamins. Also, cut out Ketchup ll together. OMG I was a ketchup fiend. MAJOR difference. No prepared meals at all.
