Yes bro. APs and professors only care about private practice. They don't teach well. If they can't teach, they have to become just a consultant, why they are becoming professors? Pgs and crris are treated like slaves for the govt medical College. Without any knowledge and self-respect, many lost their self-confidence and self-esteem. Only generational doctors are shining. It has become like a kulakalvi.

My daughter who has scored University Rank in some subjects, achieved distinctions in many subjects, but couldn't achieve good score in NEETPG this year, only because CRRI s in her college were doing all the unwanted works and never given time even to think of their neet preparation etc. Going through so much of pains and the pain is for their family too.. University rank doesn't matter sir..i also came through Same system into medicine where noone was aware how to prepare NEET . We have to go to coaching classes ,sit for an year..all those stuff your daughter did in internship is the best experience she won't regret..becoz colleges in our state ,interns are the major workforce..There is nothing to worry if your if not getting first attempt like ur daughter got through mbbs in first attempt..NEET needs preparation. Hardwork and applying concepts..more than getting pg ..now focus is shifting to superspeciality..so there is one more time we all will get to know..after all after studying 15 yrs ..u will get the wrath of society... Welcome to the world of rat race sir.convey my regards to your daughter not to lose hope..so many talented people like your daughter are sitting and preparing in library..just see thant..then u will know the reality.

Sir , doctor profesion is only based on practice not just reading the books and writing exams. Crri is the practice for doctors not for doing unnecessary works. Don't encourage others in wrong way Do you agree that all UG courses are waste? Directly going to PG without any knowledge of UG is right? Let the students deeply and with immense response study to become a good doctor. Then only they should think about PG. Getting PG admission only should not be the ambition of a good doctor.

If a candidate chooses a seat via service quota, he has to compulsarily work in the government sector for many years ( I think 16 years) or he has to break the bond with huge amount of money ( I think 40 to 50 lakhs )- This may be the service trap RRM sir is referring...

Sir....upto 2018neet,soo many peoples are from tamilnadu only....main reason is those peoples reading for entrance one year and additional cumulative effort is those peples are properly studied from standard text books during ug period(strong basic knowledge)....now a days ug peoples studied only online coaching centre materials for university exams(for eg final year exams studied for just one month like that)....and second mistake is now a days most of qus are clinical based qus(so clinicals and crri period is not for knowledge and practice,it is must for neet entrance also sir).....

Hi. Please don't waste time trying to do internship in Tamil Nadu. I myself did internship in Delhi. Here u must give interviews (sounds very difficult but it's possible. For every vacancy 5 people compete, but there are many hospitals) Don't get into the trap thinking that u must learn everything during internship. Anywhere in India, u will be at the bottom of the food chain and u will only be doing sampling. So it's better to have a chill internship (u can learn clinical skills if u want too and also prepare for PG) Waiting for over a year to do internship in TN and still be treated like shit is not worth it. In ur first year of residency it doesn't matter where u did ur internship, u will be still treated like u know nothing.

Hi sir..will there be both reservation and incentive marks for service candidates in subsequent years?..if we get into mrb thinking that there will be both reservation and incentive marks and if it was cancelled by supreme Court it will a trap and getting PG will be difficult thereafter..will reservation and incentive marks both will be there for service candidates or it will be cancelled by supreme Court at any time sir? supreme Court has confirmed reservation for service candidates in neet SS this year but no incentive marks for them I think..

Depends on the case load doctor...I have seen just mbbs doctor seeing daily op of 100-150...and mch urosurgeon..not seeing cases also..for all things 8t will take time .have to be very patient

It's a trap .if you don't put effort while clearing pg ..even if you get pg ....you have to be comee back to service once you finish...if you get post in dme is fine ..but dms or dph you will not see just your department work.. unless it is og or anesthesia or spm
