You don’t pick up 5 cards at the end of your turn when you have depleted your hand, you do it at the start of your next turn.

You can only add a hotel after you've added a house to a full set. I think she got that part wrong in the first game. Anyway, thanks for this. Still learning the game and this clip helped tons!

Ah didn’t know that, next game will be as such. Although I doubt many would go for the home plus hotel on one street, only adds $1M I’d imagine.

@@DavidBakker I think the blue set gives 8M rent, house 3M and hotel 4M. For a total of 15M. There's no way you can use the hotel unless you've built a house first. The hotel gives u an ADDITIONAL 4M rent. That's how I see it. I could be wrong.

Also “just say no” only negates double the rent... u still have to pay original rent amount but there was so much wrong here ..go over rules online pleaseeee lol

In my Game rules it says you only need to put 1-3 out not that you have to do 3 but i have maby a different Version . sry for my bad englisch

Best demo I’ve seen yet. Good job. Question. If I steal a dual-color wild property card from an opponent using an action card, can I flip it immediately to use the other color I may need to complete a set? And if so, does it count as two plays or one (only the action card move to steal it). I consider the flip of color to be a reorganizing move so it doesn’t count as a play. Only cards play from your hand count towards the 3-play limit. True?

The rules are very limited in this game. This case isn’t mentioned, I’d count taking and using a joker card as 1, since you can’t just leave it somewhere.

When you steal a property card from an opponent it doesn’t matter how you want to arrange it. It’s still only played as one card since it was already on the table

You don’t have to show your whole bank, just the top card.

Yes, if you've got three action cards in your hand you could play all three one after the other which would constitute all three of your actions that turn. In general, when in doubt, follow the given rules explicitly; if they don't say you can/can't do something (and doing so wouldn't break any other rules) you're likely safe to not assume otherwise.

A thoroughly enjoyable video! I really like Deal, but won't pretend to know the rules as well as some other commentators on this thread. Maybe you made the odd mistake here and there, but if you were having fun, hey who cares? And what an ending for that third game!! There she was with no money, staring defeat in the face, and she body slams you with an amazing come back, excellent! This is the first of your videos I've come across, but if the rest are as enjoyable as this, you just might get yourself another subscriber here.

Lol found this game at CVS. We had coupons so it came out to $1.87. Original price was $8.19

David Bakker Lol thanks! To me $8.19 is sorta expensive for a card game. Also CVS prices are usually more expensive than other places. At my local target is was $5 I only got it at CVS because I had coupons

I've been playing this game for almost seven years and now I bought the updated version which costs 7.50 USD with today's exchange rate, and after a 30 % discount it ended at 5.25 USD, taxes included.
