agar weekly half kg loose hoga... to monthly 2 kg loose hua then 6 month me 12 kg loose hona chahiye but aap 8 to 10 kg bta rhe ho... and jo aapne diet plan diya hai usme 1 meal me 2 roti hai that means pure din me 8 roti...lekin bharat me 60 to 70 percent logo ko gluten allergy hai... jiska khud logo ko pta nhi hai... to iske baare me kuch btayiye

No eating between 6 PM to 10 AM, salad / fruits during lunch, no carbs at all, no sugar. drink water duing the day, 3 km run in the morning, 5 km walk in the evening. Sleep well, Might be difficult to start with, but persist with it for few days and body will adjust and you will not feel like eating anything, body will give you quick results.

If you are body fat percentage 15 to 20 percent you are absolutely fit, bmi doesn't define u , you are healthy or not bcz some people have good musle mass

Calories are usually written in kcal. Which means kilocalories. 1000 Calories equals to 1kilocalorie and whenever you usually see a calorie count on recommendations or packages the number is in kcal. Which means you need to multiply it by 1000 to get the actual amount of calories. Hope it helps. Regards!
