Thanks for all you do and all you give to us! I had a complete severance in my rotator cuff of my right arm (repaired) and now I'm beginning to feel some pain in my left shoulder. This should help me avoid the same problem in that shoulder. I've had some painful procedures and surgeries, but I never want to repeat the pain of that surgery and recovery ever again!

Thank you! Your exercises are are just wonderful thank you I’m 82 years old and suffering with knotted muscles and auto immune disease. I took oxalates out of my body and went carnivore and I have improved immensely even though I have osteoporosis I’m able to get up and go at 82. Thank you again. I appreciate your program.

I put your vids in a list called "pain". My shoulders are a wreck from trades. Distal bicep surgery and tendons all jacked. thanks for putting these out so I dont have to eat grass and dirt cookies to afford physical therapy.

My doctors asked me How could you be pain Free, I said because of the doctor on KZbin and cutting out sugar -bread and taking Non GMO vitamins more.

Dr i have problems in both shoulders the right one I have a rotator cuff and no strength at all but the left shoulder is where the pain is killing I can’t barely hold my arm up the pain is in the front, middle and back and including the elbow I will try all the exercises you show to see if some of them work and help me release the pain you are always so helpful with all the exercises you included until we find the one that is very helpful thank you so much

I was doing a lot of yoga and classes where I was supporting my weight on my arms and shoulders and started suffering from that pain in the front of the shoulder. I did some of these exercises and found a lot of relief. Thank you!

I am nearly 74 years old. I dislocated my shoulder years ago and lately it has been causing me pain. I teach fitness classes and have been finding discomfort when moving my arm upwards. The doctor told me that I do not need surgery and to continue with my physiotherapy. Your videos are very clear and precise and I save them. I particularly like the visual of the targeted muscles. I've also been told I might have brachioradialis syndrome I think because I drum. What exercise would be best for this problem?

Dr,I have a shoulder impigement for alomst a year,when doing the "W" stretchment againest the door I feel a dull painlike feeling around the scapular,and I could hardly do the push ups and dumbell overhead press which I used to do a lot,is there anything I can do to overcome this situation?

I would never do a dumble overhead press and dips ever in my life. It's my last workout i have done around 3 months ago I think I also have shoulder impingement😢

@@sasuke2565 I think maybe you do it wrong,I got injured due to the wrong clean movement and I did overhead press for more than 4 years from 30kg to 80kg and pain free,thing is I pushed myself too hard on the clean and didn`t do enough basic exercise which lead to this injury,anyway,wish you have a healthy body and pain free
