Healthy Breakfast Diet For Pregnant Woman | प्रेग्नेंसी में ना करें लापरवाही, जानें क्या खाएं और क्या नहीं | Rujuta Rajguru
In this video we’ll discuss the food that a woman needs to consume during her pregnancy days. Pregnancy period is a very crucial period and a woman needs to take care of her diet plan for a well nutritious baby. There are so many healthy things that a woman needs to add to their diet to stay healthy and to keep a baby healthy.
People used to skip breakfast because they woke up late, but if you are pregnant and you don’t want your child to be undernourished , then you should never skip breakfast. Your breakfast has to be 2 times of your lunch. Just like a car is useless without petrol, so does your body is useless without healthy food.
Generally women skip breakfast because woman's feel nauseous in the pregnancy period, so they skip their breakfast. Never skip breakfast. Take proper medication if you feel nauseous.
The morning routine is the most crucial diet for a pregnant lady. So pregnant women need to eat as much healthy food as they can. That’s why we break the whole morning breakfast routine in two parts:
Pre Breakfast
Post Breakfast
Pre-Breakfast (7-7:30):
Soaked Almonds / Bhigoye Badam(4-5): It contain nutritions and olive acids that is so good for pregnant women and her child
Raisins / Kishmish(10-15): if you feel acidity then you should add raisins on alternate days.
Sprouted Chana: Good for health. Don’t eat normal channa, it causes constipation.
Dates: It’s a myth that people say never eat dates in pregnancy, it may cause abortion. It’s a myth.
Post-Breakfast (9-10):
Oats
Poha
Suji/Upma (Add veggies in it)
Paneer Paratha at alternate days
Brown bread with peanut butter. Never add any other breads it may cause constipation
Avoid chai or coffee in the morning.
