Some needs to be aware,serious about walking up on time :- ብዘይ አድረናሊን ፣ ዝሑል ማይ ወይ ብዘይ ፊስካ ብዘይ ሓለንጊ ። ክንደይ እዩ ዘሎ ብእዋኑ ዘይ ድቅስ አዳቕሳ ዘኽፍእ etc... ብፍላይ ንአሽቱን ካልእ ሸለል ዝብሉን ጉቡእ ዕረፍቲ ዘይወስድን። There are many issues for not sleeping in time especially when related with jobs and big responsibilities as you said who those works with machines ,Hospital /Medical or pilots even though almost all planes /passenger planes operate by two officers/pilots First officer and one on the other side Capitan ,co -pilot . There are also fatigues for long flights . Thank you for the many tips as well as always.
