Tips to follow in case of PCOS:
1- Exercise at least for 40 minutes, 5 days a week
2- No sugar intake in any form
3- Avoid oily and deep fried foods
4- Stay away from refined carbohydrates (cookies, cakes, pastries, etc)
5- Consume green leafy vegetables, avocados, broccoli, egg white, low fat dairy
6- Eat large/big/heavy breakfast and small, rich protein dinner
7- Consume healthy fats/omega 3 fatty acids (fish, avocados, olive oil, etc)
8- Consume lean protein (fish, egg, beans, low fat dairy, etc)
9- Include items with anti-inflammatory properties (turmeric, tomatoes, broccoli, etc)
10- Take vitamin D and folic acid
Last but not least, PLENTY OF WATER.
