Hello mam maine 1 month pregnency me MTP KIT li thi 4 days bleeding hui pr next month period nhi aayi or USG report me alive fetus with 176 FHR BPM Btaya local Dr se slh liya to usne ise lekr aage badhne ko khi , maine NT/NB krwai NT-1.5mm or NB-1.66 mm , dual marker test me T21,T18,T13 screening negative and low risk hai aage btaye kya kri plz.

Mam,After advis of radiologist during usg level 2 scan ,we havedone quedurpal marker test,its show trysomy21 problem,for more detail we have doneNIPT test yesterday this report will come in 10 days, but we don’t have any history in our family,but my age is 44 years,may this is a reason..sujest what to do,iam in tenson...plz

Sir, i lost my 2 child first girl in 26 feb 2019 and second boy in 23 aug 2021 both delivery are c- section. And both child have same problem of lungs and heart( pphn). Both child are full term. Now dr. Said for genetic testing. So, which type of genetic test is done to detect this abnormalities. In our both families no history of this disorder. Girl lost after 4 day and boy lost after 15 day. Both are on ventilator. Problem of pphn is covered in 7 days in boy but his oxygen level is not increased. In my both the pregnancy all reports are normal pls suggests me test to detect this problem. And cost of this test. and what are the option for healthy baby if genetic test is positive.
