I mean I do have a lot of heroes that are like 96 crit, 95, 90 of course I'd love to have 100 but it's not always possible so that crit imprint is pretty good. Maybe Dr Squirrel has every single hero at 100% crit, then you don't need it I guess

I think you get the featured artifact whenever the biblios thing says 'jackpot' and its a different 5* arti if it says something like "are you prepared to get stronger" or something
