Nice explanation sir.. I am a consultant pedodontist about to start my practice.. following your videos which are very informative and helpful.. i have recently faced an issue in my consultation that patient was satisfied with the treatment but he was blaming my assistant that he miss behaved with kids mother. And asking to take an action against him.. I know my assistant since i work with him daily .. whatever has happened is accidental and not intentional since he was autistic child and we treated under parental assisted physical restrains.. what to do in this situation?
