If you don't know what to say change it up and do something else like saying demon words. 2:Use any items or sounds to your advantage. Tic Tacs, wood, rocks,etc. 3:Be interesting. Come up with your own ways to make ASMR. One good way that I thought of is to rub items together. 4:Make sure your audience will enjoy it and focus/relax. If you are to loud, then you may experience some difficulty getting people to like it. Well I think these were the things he was trying to teach us.
