Not to mention, Jackie is hotter than Stephanie and is much closer to Eric's age than Brooke and Donna are. Though, he had good chemistry with Brooke and they had 2 kids together. But Eric won't have kids with any women he gets involved with because either after Bridget was born or after finding out that he was really Bridget's father, Eric had a vasectomy so he would never conceive again.

I thought Jackie was a perfect match for Eric. They would've been married but Felicia's dying request was that her parents be married before she dies. Eric and Stephanie didn't think that would be a good idea but she begged them to do it as her final wish. When Felicia's life was saved, they knew she would want them to stay married with the time she had left. Jackie loved Eric but could not wait around forever for him and broke off the engagement. Felicia is still alive, today. Also before the wedding, Massimo revealed to Stephanie that he still had feelings for her, he always has and that this was the first time since college that the 2 of them had ever been single. It would've been interesting to see Eric married to Jackie and Stephanie married to Massimo. Through the whole series, Stephanie was never married to anyone except Eric.
