It contains another chemical which works exactly like THC and gives the same high as that of weed ,but it is not THC.. so if that plant is not illegal in this country will the police be able to charge me for that substance??

BUT I want information and knowledge from u .How conduct the cross examine the Expert Witness who conduct the Chemical analysis. How we can prove the report in negative. Supreme Court has delivered the Judgement 2020 about the quantity of drugs. Hira Singh reported in the year 2020

Under this law, A male under the age of 21 years, for the purpose of marriage, is considered as a Child. Your wife might have attained the legal age to age but you haven't. In all likelihood, the court will annul this marriage as it is not legal.
