From $2 MILLION $10 BILLION - Dana White & Grant Cardone
I had a chance to sit down with Dana White. You all might know him because of the UFC and the incredible empire and sport that he has brought to the world. What a lot of people forget about success, is that when you reach that level of success, it pales in comparison to the actions and moves it took to get there... And STAY THERE...
I ask Dana about how he got started in the business, the obstacles he faced which he has never shared with anyone publicly, and what's next for the UFC.
Be sure to subscribe to the channel and post in comments. What questions do you have for Dana?

Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol

I've come across a lot of recommendations but this one stands out. Mr Nolan Velden's resume is pretty sophisticated, and shows he was active during the last bear market, I also emailed him. Thanks for the info!

The adviser I'm in touch with is *'Nolan Velden Brent,* he works with Merrill, Pierce, Smith incorporated and interviewed on CNBC Television. You can use something else. for me his strategy works hence my result. he provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.

It's beautiful to see how all of this came to be. Life unfolds as it should in thee end. If you don't like where you currently are in life...then you really need to re-assess one self and begin to put in a whole lot of work. It won't be easy, but it will most certainly be worth it.

Grant, I've been following your content since 2013. It's about to be 2023, and your most recent content (10X Health stuff) is by far the best you've ever published. You are way more chill and attentive, and your thoughts are more clear and streamlined in the new content than ever before, and it'd be hard for anybody to not atrribute at least some of that to the improvements you've made in your health, as well as the experiences you've had spending time with other leaders, like Dana, since you launched your 10X Growth Cons. I'm always learning from you bro, and I look forward to doing business together in times to come. God blessed you and your family, and He is using you to effect change in the lives of even more people all over the world.

I love grant, but he did the exact opposite of Dana regarding employees during Covid. Dana was willing to cover his whole staff, Grant fired a whole division of employees. Not saying one is right or one is wrong, but what a stark difference. I do hope it was a learning moment from Dana to Grant. I remember when Grant fired everyone I thought the same thing Dana just said. Wow he just canned everyone so fast, not much loyalty there. It did make my spider senses go up. Grant- still love you, but maybe Dana just dropped a gem on you. So much value in this conversation, thanks for sharing guys.

@G T the ring card girls are used more than just the fight. They do promotional events that aren’t on TV year round for the UFC. They do weigh ins and whatever other things UFC has going on the week of the fight. Just because they’re W2 doesn’t mean they get paid more or better than UFC fighters lol. Nor does it mean they’re full time employees. Nor does it mean they’re getting benefits other than a paycheck.

Hey Grant. This was an awesome podcast. I really appreciate you having Dana on to tell his story because it was very motivational. I just have a couple of questions. When they did that first IV and put you on oxygen for a couple of hours, what was in that IV? Was it NAD plus? I did the gene testing and the bloodwork. The supplements are definitely affordable, but the hormone replacement therapy steps it up quite a bit. I am just curious if you all plan to make the hormone replacement therapy any more affordable for the average or even upper middle income, consumer? I will say that I would buy every last piece of equipment and hormones if I could afford it. Thank you for what you guys are doing. I truly believe in what you all are doing.

Best life lesson from two of the biggest inspirational figures in the world 🤯, shit you don’t learn in school, I was at the last 10X conference before Covid bullshit, definitely prepared me for what came after, spent the whole time pushing like a savage developing my property in Houston pushing for my next phase of my project which is rental property being a average dude with dreams this really puts things in perspective💯

I've been following this sport since it's inception and this is one of the best Dana White interviews out there. He broke multiple stories here. The timing of the ESPN guy having to step down and buying the rights for DVD's etc., from Lionsgate... those are big stories. What really resonated with me was when the savage was born at 15 years old. I grew up raised by my mom with no adult male in the house. You're constantly thinking about protecting your mother and your siblings and that fear is always in the back of your mind that you're going to have to protect you household. It's the reason I started martial arts and wrestling as a kid. Very interesting.

It could be Dana reading this, or any other respectable person. I wanna share this with you either way: I felt lost for 3 years since I left London. I never understood why until now. I felt like I didn't belong, and people did an awesome job making me feel lonely AF. I was at a low enough point that both the weirdest people rejected me, and the loveliest people decided to give me zero attention as well. But this bald guy made me see the picture lol. I belong somewhere. There's a group of people that are just like me. The kind of people who come out on the other side, make money finally, and still don't be an azhole. The kind of people who knows how effed up the world is, yet decides to trust people. The kind of people who wants to be more generous to people than how people treated them back then. And guess what, most of that kind of amazing people live in AMERICA. If it wasn't for people like Dana sharing their wisdom, I wouldn't make money period.

Great interview! Personally, I have defaulted to what Dana talks about taking care of family and the things in my sphere of control. However, at some point good people that can fix this shitshow mess we have going on in our country are going to need to step up and take action and provide leadership or our sphere's will be pierced and blown up. There are more things the bind us than divide us and THOSE are the things we need to focus on.

I was trained in the 90s to box, I trained as a child with an African champion, I went to 2 gyms 8 hours a week, from 13 to 18 years old. I never even got a fight, I trained I sparred and I asked for fights, I trained 2 nights at the Harrisons gym, Peter always said give me 300 rounds sparring, I said ok can I spar, no son its only professionals when it was armature night, I wanted to get extra hours during the day but no because armatures were only in the evening. I did this whilst landscaping 40 hours a week on my holidays from school. The sport was killed in the 90s.

Thank you for sharing! great interview! really valuable information! Yes the people who have money have the technology for health. the other 90% of population are poor sick slaves. And the problem is not that health costs a lot, because it does not. The real problem is mentality of enslaving others, and victim thinking of most population. that is changing gradually, slowly. i see this interview as another confirmation of that. With 2 very powerful business people that really wanna help others thrive the 10x health system will be a succes.

It was funny to see Grant’s reaction when Dana talked about how he never fired an employee when Covid hit. Because Grant axed most staff members right away. He messed up royally

I did not have a clue who Dana White was (sorry) but what a great guy and interview. I am a huge Ramon Dekkers fan though who sadly passed away some years back. Hoping to see this guy at The 10 X next month! Mark
