If you have talent ,no one will ask you any single rupees. don't listen to the rumours.focus on your study. From last one year I attended so many exams.no one is asking for any single rupees. POV: the 25 peoples who were selected in the final list, got their dream post in just 25 rupees and that is also an application fee.
