Thrive all the way. I tried the other and if price is your main concern… sure buy the drugstore option. There is a SIGNIFICANT formula difference in terms of quality and feel. Thrive might be a little chunkier than non fiber mascara but L’Oréal was plain chunky chunky and sticky/thick in a weird way. This I have found with multiple versions of their mascaras I have tried. It also does make you have raccoon eyes, and is not as easy as the Thrive to take off. I had to wash my face twice to get it off vs Thrive all I have to do is (like mentioned in this video) wash and slightly wipe eyes. L’Oréal Is cheaper, and it’s cheaper for a reason. Again if it’s what you like and it works great for you that’s awesome, but as for me I tossed mine.

I just bought the Loreal. I'll be trying it out tomorrow. I've actually been using Thrive for a while now. Huda Beauty just released a new mascara that seems just like this one from Loreal. Was going to try it, but now my hopes are that this Loreal will beat them all. Are you sure you don't have lash extensions? 😅 Anyway, I'm shooting for "Epic" here, so we shall see! 💚

Honestly, in the beginning when your one eye didn't have mascara and the other eye had Thrive...the eye without mascara was so much more beautiful. You really don't need to wear anything at all.

The L'Oreal looks great! I have sensitive eyes and allergies that can cause my waterline to itch in general with nothing on at all. I'm leaning towards clean(er) products so cheap drug store and even some high end mascaras won't do. There's nothing worse than mascara burning, drying out or causing itchy eyes while I'm at work and need to see. I may try Thrive.

Dang! Can’t wait to try this. I actually have a thrive mascara. It came in my Ipsy plus box months ago. Whatever formula I have, it’s actually a pain in the butt to take off for me. I use neutrogena makeup remover and it’s always a struggle. I quit using it for a while until I saw one of Angela’s other videos highlighting it thinking maybe I was doing something wrong. Nope, just a bad formula for me. So happy to have better option!

Wow wow wow! I have to try the loreal. I use loreal telescopic currently...but you seem to have very long natural lashes and long already. I don't believe everyone will get those results. I'll buy it and see how they came out! My lashes are thick but not full, not long and after curling them they go poke straight again. 🙄

As far as looks, Loreal! Thrive was clumpy & Loreal was much more building. However, Loreal is not organic if that's what one cares about. Great review BTW; Clear & concise.

You have great lashes anyway, but dang these work so well. I have short straight lashes and have such a hard time finding a mascara that holds the curl, that's not waterproof. I use a Mac one that's new that holds the curl and easy to wash off. I'm with you, I hate tugging my eyes trying to get makeup off. Went into Ulta on Saturday and they sold out of the Thrive mascara!

I love Thrive mascara! Have had really great luck with it and my lashes are healthier since using it. I’ve been trying to use cruelty free makeup and Thrive is, sadly L’Oréal isn’t. But dang the difference in your lashes!
