for sure a holy grail affordable item is the pixi h20 skin tint. i’m a barista who works at least 10 hour shifts, which means no time for touch ups and there’s espresso slinging around at me all day. i have very dry skin. this NEVER emphasizes texture even when i’m literally flaking, it doesn’t transfer very much for me, and it’s a perfect match (i use shade fair) works for quick 5 am days or when i’m getting glam to go to dinner with my friends. has the perfect amount of coverage where it covers my redness that i’m insecure about, but my freckles still shine through. when i run through alllll my other complexion products this will be the only one i’ll repurchase.

I recently discovered an affordable lip liner completely by accident. it's the Morphe Color Pencil in the shade Sweet Tea. I got it on Asos full price £4.5 but they had a 30% off sale, so I got it for less than that! it's a mid-tone brown and it's creamy and comfortable on the lips. Could not have been happier with that purchase and will buy a backup when it's back in stock.

I just tried the Revlon So Fierce eyeshadow palettes and they feel very high-end to me. The pigment is lovely, the finishes feel more refined than what you'd typically find in the drugstore... I love them! ETA: I have three of these palettes: Tantrum, Clap Back and That's a Dub (my favourite).

I am madly in love with that honest beauty blush!!! I use it all the time and it’s also great as a lip color. As far as other drugstore products that feel high end, wet and wild’s setting spray is the most effective product of its kind I’ve ever used. It’s similar to the Charlotte tilbury…but it’s even better.

I like the air volume mascara, but it’s too heavily fragranced for my liking so another option for those that don’t like that is the L’Oréal Lash Paradise Mascara. It’s my all time favorite so far without a smell to it :)

I feel like you reviewed this one and didn't like it.. But I am just loving the Covergirl Clean Volume mascara, it doesn't smudge, it holds a curl, adds lots of volume and length as well, and makes my lashes really fluttery. It's my go-to for every day and I'm so glad I tried it! Added plus, it's a clean and vegan formula that is cruelty-free (of course! as all makeup ought to be by now!)

Hope we get Annabelle products in the US soon. Maybelline mascara's rival high end brand mascaras.Loreal Burgundy mascara is one of my favorite colored mascaras. I love balmy lip sticks this time of year when my lips tend to get dry. Those Wet&Wild sheer lip sticks are a nice formula and so reasonably priced. Milani blushes, NYX eye liners and lip liners are drugstore gems. Fun video.
