Thank you so much for the videos. Your guide series that you are currently rolling out is awesome and really appreciated. One thing I'd like to request on behalf of myself and others that will be in my shoes in the future, is a video or series similar to this one but where you run squire lobbies. Playing druid is quite a bit different in squire lobbies due to our inability to stack stats. Most new players are going to be playing in squire lobbies while learning and so watching good players play in those same lobbies is a lot more relevant to them than watching how a druid plays in uncapped (or even 124) lobbies. Squire lobbies also seem to force you to set your fights up better since you can't rely on a 1-2 hit kill which, arguably, takes more strategy, setup, and disengaging when the fight isn't going our way. This could all be really helpful and informative for a newer player to watch and learn from and still teaches things that are relevant in the higher gearscore lobbies as well.

great video. another tip i wanted to share. dont be afraid to chicken jump without using the panther E. you can jump in human form and switch to chicken and double just for crazy height, same right out of the panther. think of it as a double jump rouge. you can get to some interesting spots, and disengage with different spots. you can actually skip all the way to wyvern with druid chicken jumps without opening a door.

just a lil tip for you aswell. if you start the jump as panther instead of human and do it you will get a lil extra heigh because panther jumps higher than human form.

One common thing I see in these clips (including your pervious druid guides) is that the enemy like to commit to the fight and that's how you win the bear form. I find the knockback of the bear form to be an issue, as they may use the distance (if they are not in an confined space) from the knockback to kite, and if you switch to panther to chase, they may punish because of the panthers reduce HP. Any tips on that matter?

You'll find your rythem. My first instinct was "this knockback is annoying" but when you start bumping people out of range and they wiff that falcion swing and meanwhile you're 3/4th through your next followup attack you'll appreciate it. I fight players like basic skeletons. Bait and punish

Hi, I'm new player in D&D and I started with druid class, your guide helped me to understand some good tools from this class and thanks for that. I have some issue when I'm playing, most of the time I can't transform into a bear or cat because this game have a lot of small corridor, sometimes I can't even pass a door when in cat form like you do at 7:20, when I see your video it feel like you are transforming so easily, does transforming mid air is helping ? I don't get the thing to pass through the door with the rat form too, any tips ?

even thinks on the ground can intefere with transform, when going from rat to anything else i always jump.

I love Druid. I am bad at the game though so I run f green sets. Cheap and I can still horde some cool stuff and practice. I have problems in trios because of all the wizards splash damage and I play panther. I may try more solo and try out bear. Thanks for the guide.

I really wish you could cast tree of life on your treant (or yourself for that matter). so stupid you cant. A harder hitting, faster, tankier tree would be scary. +5 to all of its stats and 5hp regen per second would be crazy. Also, more charges, its so stupid that they nerfed the charges. Also, they need to remove the aura effect from Natural Healing. It literally is the quintessential (or will be once people get more forms and start running 10-slot shapeshift builds) healing for beasts. Also also, Natural Healing is still my personal favorite perk, i think i mentioned this before in another one of you videos. It has extreme potential at the higher gearscore's.

action speed actually huge tip. After last patch i was very frustrated with inability ti kill pdr fighters and barbarians in 24/124 lobbies. Gona give it a try.

Soak Axes in bear, they run out eventually. Also part of the game is mental. Encourage your enemy to push by appearing weak. In HR when I see a player like a barb or something I turn ABRUPTLY and instantly run. Smooth brains see that and think "easy kill" and they just make dumb mistakes after that

Hey man, loving the guides. but I want to ask, are you sure the physical damage etc modifiers work while in shapeshift forms? I read on the wiki that it ain't the case, so that's why I'm asking.

I'm not sure if dexterity and speed of action work in a forms, I don't notice a difference at 20 and 40 dexterity in a panther

panther is hard to tell because the animation is already so fast. I had an action speed panther build and i noticed the right click "bite" was alot faster.

Wizards and kiting classes are pretty big counters to druid, especially with panther being so weak now.

why vigor over "max health" on gear? gear can only roll 2 vigor whereas chest/legs can roll 6 max health and gloves/boots can roll 3 max health. essentially I always have at least 160+ hp because max health rolls on all gear. if i'm in HR i'm at 165+. just wondering why you prioritize vigor over max health

Both are good. Vigor is +4ish hp in bear form

practice it I would load in a game clear both sides of a door then just practice jumping through the whole game, becomes muscle memory after awhile giving you the confidence to do it with someone on your tail

crazy how much pve dmg you take... the time you save dealing dmg in bearform over just dodging and meleeing mobs you lose on the other end twice by healing and wasting spells you could use in pvp

Getting hit by every mob you PVE can’t be optimal? With your strength you’d definitely 2 tap every goblin with spear or mace. You seem like an experienced player so I really just need an explanation on your insistence to PVE in bear form.

Spear is generally 3 hits bear is faster substantially. Also imagine any chip damage you take is cut in half by your pdr and then cut in half again by increased HP pool. So it's like you get hit for 1/4th of normal. Coupled with your small heal refreshing super fast even without a campfire I'm never struggling to stay full hp

I cant believe how Locks are crying about the drain nerf now. My biggest issue with them was allways phantomize and the ability to stack movespeed easily. They dont need lifedrain to reset, even if they didnt have any self heal at all, phantomize + 2 bandages(or 1 3s surg) and you are good. It just doesnt belong in this game, it is the opposite of "unforgiving".

Id argue a druid being able to jump thru a window then pop 3 spells and be full quicker than a warlock can phantomize then cast hydra+lifedrain is the same if not stronger.
