To be honest is a video edition, because as you say you can't bank the switch tracks. In other coasters I used the bestdani pack, but not on this one👍👍

This is a video edition because I needed to bank a part of the switch track. If you dont need to bank I recommend the bestdani pack, I used it in other coasters like Marionette!

There are ways to make "custom" switches although theese require workarounds. Bestdani has a tutorial on zero distance transfer tracks which are essential for this kind of stuff. The problem with that is though that you somehow have to 3d model and animate the switch tracks as the switch itself becomes purely decoration and the functional part is handled by a transfer track. Not ideal if you skip the switch 3d modeling part but that way this coaster would fully work in the sim without the need of video editing. Great layout btw!!
