Drum Circle

Bristol Renaissance Faire 2006. Opening weekend. I shouldn't have been surprised to see what looked like thousands of ICP fans in vaguely medieval clothing, but there they were. Near the exit, they had their drum circle set up and were going at it like they were going to overwhelm the knights after they'd been exhausted in their final joust of the day. Someone had the oddest screech, almost like an eagle trying to paralyze its prey, which caused everyone else to scream. Not to join in, rather out of sheer terror.
Don't think they were doing this all-natural just because it was from 800 years ago - they were all twigged out on bad ergot.
About fifteen seconds after I stopped the camera, things got really, really weird.
