@heinifrisc You can do it all the time. You can buy both the OPC Drum itself and this is the cheapest solution. Tell me what country you are from. Then I will tell you where you can buy such a Drum.

This is a foam for cleaning plastics - it works very well on the surfaces (charge roller, charge grid) being cleaned.

Hi. Whole units are not replaced in this model. The manufacturer envisages replacing the OPC roller, Cleaning Blade and developer separately.

Hi, There may be a few problems. I don't know which one will be yours. First of all, maybe the toner does not open, so remove the toner protection with your hand and put the opened toner into the copier. If this does not help, then replace the developer or look for damaged gears in the toner section hopper.
