Its either empty or that guy is on those new steroids that mask visualization identifiers(bulging muscles, no neck etc) by making you look chubby instead of toned cause drums being moved is never that easy unless they're actually selling 55gallom Drums of Unicorn Fart Vapor

the drum is empty. You can tell by the empty noise it makes. When its full you dont hear a thing and he wouldnt have moved it that easy becouse there so heavy. But its easier to just walk with them and spin them. Those americans are use less. We just used to spin them. But it takes a few month to be able to do it and handle the drums or barrels with out dropping them. In a way its like steering a car. You dont cross your arms and theres other things like how to balance it becouse its tilted when you walk and spin them. But to hell with that drum lifter. I could have moved 8 drums to his one.
