And those of you in the UK... American maces tend to be smaller and lighter and usually tossed with two hands, similar to a guard rifle or saber. I still catch the toss with one hand. That's how I learned anyway.

He has had some color guard training. He throws and catches like he is tossing a saber to rifle. Usually when the mace is tossed it is tossed with one hand and catches singularly with the other. He is good.

What mace are you using! all the maces they stock in the uk are too heavy!

I was thinking this when he was throwing it, my mace's weight bearing simply wouldn't let me throw it so high with such spin, no matter how hard I try. I can only assume American maces are lighter.

This is a Premier British he's using. He's just that strong. We were DM's together at university while he made this routine. Pretty impressive, huh?
