Helo sir how are you my kyocera 2550 havein problum when i make copy adf error jam show screen jam .oo i open top cover adf and close try to copy again no move paper i just start copy buton and error jam.oo

This means that one of the paper sensors in the RADF is damaged or lifted. Another option is a damaged roller drive clutch under the RADF rear housing.
