Hi. Direct email support is for channel supporters only. But the problem you are talking about may be a damaged drum. Remember that the Drum in this copier is only designed for 100,000 copies but needs to be replaced more often. Always replace charge roller, cleaning blade and developer with drum.

Well, you have a problem with the fusing unit, check the heating foil.

你好。请指教。6054打印背面有黑线，周期是转印辊的间距，每次打印任务的前面一两页有，后面的就没有了。如果机器停一段时间再打印，还是前面几页有。更换转印辊还是一样。维修模式2400时间缩短也试过没有效果。请指教。感谢感谢
