That show was amazing! The Faceless was at the show I seen. St. Paul MN. Sean Reinert was flawless. Masvidal is a machine also. And Meshuggah.....yeah I gotta have my Meshuggah!

Great reaction. I finally got to give this album a spin on a friend's hifi stereo and it really helps bring out all those intricacies of his playing (plus the rest of the band and the utterly transcendent synthwork/crystal bowls/etc. across this album).

As a guy that is Not a drummer, that does Not play a instrument at all. But drums have always been my favorite instrument since i was a young teen. Matt is a drummer that makes me Envious of his Exceptional Drumming Ability and Talent.. Matt u are an Amazingly Talented Drummer.. I apologize for the rant!

Ok,finaly you came to Cynic , unfortunately it is not a Sean Reinert! That new drummer sounds like he plays on plastic backet, to me Sean was more melodic and balanced , it will be nice if you make a video on Sean to compare with new drummer! Thank you .

I tend to agree, even though it sounds harsh to say it. His left hand control is impressive, but the snare is also non-stop. Feels like the actual music doesn't have any time or space to breathe.
