These are copiers very sensitive to optical contamination - wash the glass and mirrors, then remove the laser and clean the glass. It will certainly help.

my mp3554 ricoh machine has a problem of not being bright during print or copy, even though I have changed the drum and the new cleaning blade is still also not bright like other ricoh machines. do you have the solution? are there any other parts that need to be replaced? Please help, TQ

Yes there are other parts. Together with the OPC DRUM, you must always replace the charge roller, developer and perform maintenance on the copier.

hi. i Called a regular repair guy that I sort of knew from about 10 years ago who repairs laser printers. I have Rico Spc430dn. The repair guy stole two components of my printer. Ricoh Type Black Drum Unit which he said he was going to replace and another part. Silly me, gave him a $100 bucks to buy the parts and I never saw him again. I called him but he changed his number. so i bought the part and now i get the message: Replacment Requrd:PCU:Color Replace PCU:Color. What does it mean? i have no clue what else is missing? please help. thank you.

Give me the catalog number of the drum you purchased from the invoice. There are often mistakes here.

Hola amigo, En tales casos, primero verifico la UNIDAD FUSOR. Muy a menudo, el rodillo de presión está desgastado o la lámina calefactora está dañada. Despliegue la unidad de fusión y compruebe estos elementos. En mi canal @tomaszjemiolek encontrarás películas al respecto.
