Now for the reason why Elena Siegman sounded different on the original is because she never actually did any metal before she collabed with Kevin Sherwood. That was her most likely running out of air in her lungs but finishing the line.

It's rare for me to love a cover this much. They took something that I thought was perfect and made it even better. I was always a fan of the original, but man, I almost can't even listen to it anymore without wanting to listen to their cover instead. They absolutely shamed my expectations through the exosphere!
