Aaron Spears was unique on all levels and unbelievably gifted. No one sounded like him or interpreted music and rhythm like him. His technique was off the charts and additionaly to all of the above, seemed a very humble and gracious man. The drumming world has lost a truly influential and highly respected musician. Caught Up will be listened to by generations of budding drummers with his influence ringing out on drums all across the globe. RIP!

I miss Aaron Spears so much. I am so blessed to have spent time with him, such a God given talent. I will cherish those late night personal concerts, I would see way before Usher and all of the other great artist you played for. I remember telling you one day you will play with the best artist in the world. You will forever be my number 1 top drummers of all time. RIP Aaron Spears.

First time I saw this man slaughter the drums was on a gospel drummer video with him and like 4 other drummers who were good themselves but this dude right here was an obvious standout the fill combinations explosive speed precision and how hard he hit also what a drummer he is in my top 5 best drummers.. I pray he is now with Jesus rocking heavens choir on the drums possibly Pray for his family as I am sure they miss him good video and reaction also Colby
