You need to listen to the studio version on Queen 2. In fact, play the whole darn album!!

Has anyone else requested a reaction to Queen live at the Rainbow Theatre 1974, singing 'Liar' ? You will be equally blown away by it, not least of all by John Deacon's bass solo! Its my current favourite song, but this one has shown it some competition! Really happy to see a younger generation male rocking long hair!!

I’m so glad that time has finally been catching up to Early Queen. Their first three albums (plus their live performances from the period) were just amazing. But didn’t get the respect they deserved back in the day, and only in recent years have people come back around to rediscover what they missed the first time around…

The four really high notes are sung by Roger Taylor on drums. His voice is amazing. Queen 2 is a favourite among hard core Queen fans. For a true story watch the documentary Days of Our Lives. Queen Official channel doesn't block so hope you will do many more Queen reactions! Great reaction. Stone Cold Crazy Live at the Rainbow 1974 is a must watch!

While you are roaming around the 70's please react to Liar at the rainbow London. Each member has a chance to show what they could do even in the early days. Written by Freddie even before Queen was thought of. You'll love it xx

The song Liar - Live at the Rainbow 1974 is awesome. All the band members shine in this one, you'll like it, I'm sure.

React to Now I’m Here live at Wembley 1986. All band members killing this performance. Also, there is a multicam for Roger Taylor that focuses on him thru the whole song. Roger’s hardest song to perform according to him. Personally, I think I’m in Love with my Car live at Montreal has to be equally as tough (except it’s shorter) because he sings the whole song as well. You can see him gasping for air.

Watching that think about. With small exceptions. Brian has been playing that same guitar live and in the studio the entire Queen career.

Queen 2 will always be my favorite album of theirs. This performance is definitely from their Night at the Opera Tour. These are the outfits they wore when I saw them from the orchestra pit. Ogre Battle was on the setlist. My all time favorite Queen song is from Queen 2, March of the Black Queen. If you thought Bohemian Rhapsody was a trip wait until you listen to its precursor. It’s like 5 songs in one. ✌️♥️🎶

Thank you…Live at the Rainbow is a great concert…all in their twenties…Freddie 28 ….Brian 27….Roger 25……and the ace of bass John Deacon was only 23🤩

This is one of Queens heaviest songs, and its one of Freddies "fantasy" bits. Next time someone says "Queens fluffy pop" make them listen to Queen II .... its Prog, Metal and brutal.

Love this song off their best album, Queen II. Jump into the Queen rabbit hole, you won't be disappointed. I saw them several times beginning in 1975 and they will always be the greatest band of all time.

Queen has covered just about every genre of music and slayed every one of them. Brian May's previous ambition had been to be in a heavy metal band!

I'm a Queen fan 'n one o' their greatest is Now I'm Here. There's a live version where Freddy sings now I'm here...followed by ...now I'm there 'n he's somehow moved to a completely different position on the stage...seemingly naturally magically...highly recommended!

I was almost 1 when this album came out and I remember it well. MARCH OF THE BLACK QUEEN is the highlight. The precursor to Bohemian Rhapsody. So complicated they never played it live. They were unique.
@yvrkid70704 ай бұрын
They play a portion of it in the medley at Live at the Rainbow 1974, Hammersmith Odeon 1975 and Hyde Park 1976. Impossible to do the whole thing but that medley rocked!

I look forward to more Queen, my favorite band after the Beatles. Queen II is a fantastic album, I hope you will listen to some more of the great tracks from the album - I would recommend 'March of the Black Queen', 'the Fairy Feller's Masterstroke' and 'Nevermore'. 'White Queen' is also a great track.

Queen doesn't block their videos especially if you use the ones on the Queen channel (at least so far as they just sold their catalog for an astronomical sum and when the dust settles that company may block). LIAR from this same concert in 1974 is great as well as FATHER TO SON. Actually I'd suggest reacting to the entire live 1974 concert AND the entire Queen II album!!

If you really want to see how "Bohemian Rhapsody" was born, have a listen to "March of the Black Queen/Funny How Love Is" off of Side Black, side two, of this album. You gotta do both as it's the way they play out. Little did I know back then what I was listening to the first time I dropped the needle on this album.

The whole Queen 2 album is like a sorcerer's tale of white lies and dirty secrets, THE MARCH OF THE BLACK QUEEN is so complex Queen did not play it live, Lyrically and musically there is nothing like it except maybe Bohemian Rhapsody of which you could say it is the precursor, The lyric version is the best because trying to understand such a masterpiece without them would be sacrilege

Dude! Enough with the live versions! Especially this track opens side 2 of Queen 2, one of the greatest album sides of all times and needs to be listened to in one sitting. As I’ve stated in earlier comments, listen to the studio versions first, the listen to all the live versions you want to. Sorry, but I think you do the music a great injustice when you do this.
