I disagree about your view on the stack, I think it sounds great with it... adds a lot of much needed dynamics to the track and sounds great for transitions. I also dig the use of the single kick, adds a more slower groovier headbob to the song while he fills in the additional guitar notes with things like snare hits and ghost notes ect. it gives room for the guitar an bass to also shine through greatly

The lack of Crash was something else. Kind of showing how much it's overused in Metalcore

I totally agree. However I think that crash use is needed because it keeps up the energy of the song which his version of things was lacking. Still there’s gotta be a balance in there somewhere right?

Yeah I agree on both points. Something like a good crashable ride is the key I think 🔥🔥

I really liked Zack's version of this.

Sometimes the metal trope of doubling the riffs with double bass gets a bit stale. I actually think this song sounds more interesting with Zachs approach. With a little more practice and fine tuning it would slap big time.

May i know what's the procedure for drummers to get featured in drumeo??

Have big following? I guess? Be in a really popular band. I’m not too sure really 😅

Be a drummer people care about I guess. Obviously not just going to bring on random drummers that no one knows.

Who wouldnt if you hear architect 2 times with no drum track.. and got to play it in the first time

He didn’t though. He played a metal song with a single bass and essentially two cymbals. His fills are nice, and he utilized a lot of ghost notes to make up the sound for the lack of double bass. Plus, he didn’t listen to the drum track before covering that song. You’re a casual.
