Cultural appropriation is when foreigners use elements of our culture to either mock us or rebrand it into some product of their own and profit off it. It's a real issue, our culture is being stolen in broad daylight by numerous designers.

I married a Punjabi girl about 9 years ago. Im Malayalee (as in from Kerala). So we had 2 sets of drums. The dhol (Punjabi) and the chenda melam (Malayalee) (go Google). It was mind blowing. Gotta look for the video though. Dont know where it is. So looking at the caption above, this thing pales in comparison.
