Drumming Song | Holmes/Watson

This song has been used in very different ways by different people, but to me this 'Drumming Song' is about attraction, passion and, above all, obsession. It's violent and raw. That's what this video is about; Holmes' need of Watson, to a degree that's not exactly healthy. My second video.

This- this is absolutely brilliant. I watched the first 30 seconds, and then went back to the beginning and watched them again, and then finished the vid. :) You conveyed these two so incredibly well (especially Sherlock). Excellent job!

I thought this video was amazing even like half way through...then it got to the end and I was like "wow"....great ending, great twist. Anyways I loved the song choice and the editing here. Nice job. One of the best (and most intense) Holmes/Watson vids I've seen so far!

This was going around tumblr a while ago. I won't lie, I was honestly expecting it to be rubbish; I just couldn't see F+tM working with Sherlock Holmes but it does and this is one of the BEST fanvids I have ever seen! Beautifully put together. 10 out of 10! x

Oh, awesome. I really love what you did with the song. All the quick cuts and repeating clips really created a sense of frantic obsessiveness. The ending was really surprising and striking, but it fit. Excellent work.

This is incredible. Clearly one of the greatest vids I've seen so far. You did such a great job with the editing... Especially during the part that starts at 2:00 ... Holmes playing the violin, with the quick clips and cuts, gives such a wild and frantic effect, it was amazing ! Love the way RDJ looks obsessed while playing, it fits perfectly. Great job, and nice use of the song :)

I think (I made this so long ago, dang) that it was supposed to showcase how all the instances of Holmes' obsession for Watson, when put together, push him over the edge. It's the moment he makes the decision to hang himself, and he's supposed to be remembering all those little moments before he comes to the conclusion that death is his only option.
