They aren’t kidding when they say moringa( drumstick ) is good for your liver. I have liver inflammation that causes bile to back up. I made his recipe. Between the turmeric and the drumstick, it cleaned out my liver. I’ll definitely make this again too as it was delicious. I did add a bit of garam masala at the end. So delicious.

In the Philippines we call those "DRUMSTICKS" as "MALUNGGAY FRUIT" It is also one of my fave tropical veggies. In the PHILIPPINES if you live in the countryside most of the household in the countryside have that MALUNGGAY TREE. cause its a staple ingredients for Philippine vegetable cuisine. We usually cooked it with sweet potato and boil it till its soft in a broth then we usually eat it with fried fish.♥️
