Ingredients
Drumstick leaves -1 small bunch
Onion chopped finely -2
Red chilli -1
Garlic cloves crushed -4 to 5
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Sugar -1/4 tsp
Salt as per your taste
Grated coconut -2 tbsp
Roasted crushed peanuts -2 tbsp
Oil-2 tsp
Water-1/4 cup
Note:How to find out the drumstick leaves are cooked.leaves will shrink. The quantity will reduce.
Method:Take a pan.Add oil, mustard.red chilli, chopped onion and crushed garlic saute well for 2 minutes until it is cooked.Add the drumstick leaves and saute well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes by sprinkling little water and cover.Add salt and mix well and cook for another 5 minutes add the grated coconut and mix well and finally add the roasted crushed peanuts.
