For instance, it is slightly more weird for someone at 20 to date someone at 30, but you wouldn't blink an eye for someone at 40 to be with someone at 50. The reason 40 and 50, or even 30 and 40 is not weird is because all involved are adults. Why would it be weird for a slightly younger adult to date a slightly older adult? I feel like it is more common to see married adults with a ten year age gap than to see married adults around the same age. Just saying.
