joejokool You can get lost anywhere that's not your back yard. Google maps is an international service. Japanese bars which have any degree of hustling don't even let white guys in because we're all dumb fucks that can't even read the menu. You'll only get screwed if you go to Nigerian bars in tokyo (aka "come to my bar buddy! There are sooo many beautiful girls!"). You're scared of not being able to communicate? The most universal communication in the world is Being A Happy Drunk Person. I swear to god having lots of beer and "Kampai"-ing everone transcends all language barriers. (NOTE: this tactic can lead to Nigerian bar hustling so be cautious)
