台灣做醬黃瓜：小黃瓜不用醃製洗過水。小黃瓜：切好調醬汁（糖、醬油、醋、甘草）1煮滾把小黃瓜放下去煮滾了撈起來。（小黃瓜放涼）...2把醬汁煮滾再把小黃瓜放進煮滾撈起來放涼、（小黃瓜煮2次就好了）！。3醬汁煮滾放涼、再把放涼的小黃瓜倒進醬汁裡泡著、早上泡晚上就可以吃了！（要冰冰箱3_4天吃完不然小黃瓜會變成酸的不能吃了！所以不要做太多...😅
