Drupal Blocks and Regions

hi, thanks for the tutorial, the question i have is: how to edit the custom block text? in ''configure" there is option only to change the title, but the body part of the message, where i can edit it, is not visible. i am using drupal 8, and i am a beginner. thanks in advance..

Hello Sir, Could u plz tell me why is my "Add custom block" section not displaying "Body" section. It's only displaying "Block description" and "Revision information" section.
