Still can't see this champ being useful, especially in dmg build, whole your damage is W with no scalings, trinity proc with no scaling, q burn (won't repeat again). Even Korean build uses items that uses %dmg instead of raw numbers. At this point full dmg and full tank smolder has no dmg differences. (Not to mention his infinite mana hunger and criminally low range, no shit nemesis saying that smolder is balanced)
