​​​​​@@stathismouf Haste removal would do funny thing to Yone Ys Zeri and I'm here for it XD But the more healthy approach would be: Every X seconds, release a shock wave, apply 1s cd longer to enemy's next basic abilities (all 3 skills). It acts as a guarantee delay silence, bc no matter if their skills are on cd or not their skills have +1s cd now.

@@gianluigijequinto it's not so bad in 1v1s but in teamfights getting your attack speed slowed just by being near the tank not even attacking it, and all that with a 2400g item, is too much

@@Topunito Decreasing attack speed doesn't stack. however, building attack speed does stack. It sucks if your attack speed drops, but it's a static % throughout the game, while kayle can continue to build her attack speed ornn can't build more frozen hearts.

I'll also put it like this. Lets look at Frozen Heart stats. 20 ability haste. Glowing Moat is 5 Ability haste and 250 gold, 250*4=1000. 70 armor. Cloth Armor is 15 armor and 300 gold. 70/15 is 4.666, 4.666*300=1400. 400 Mana. Sapphire Crystal is 250 mana and 350 gold, 400/250=1.6, 1.6*350=560. THE BASE STATS ON FROZEN HEART ALONE, WITHOUT ITS STRONGEST PART (THE PASSIVE), IS WORTH MORE THAN THE ITEM ITSELF. The item is 2400 gold, the combination of all stats is worth 2960 GOLD. Let me repeat, THIS ITEM COULD BE 560 GOLD MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IT CURRENTLY IS, AND IT WOULD BE 100% GOLD EFFICIENT JUST OFF OF STATS.
