Yes maybe shadowflame is bad on twitch but I hate the fact that rat can't even read properly the item doesn't deal 30% damage it procs at 30%health and deals 120% dmg .

I think you're the one who can't read, if you hit shift on the item it literally says it deals 30% bonus damage for dot effects instead of the normal 20, twitch poison is in fact dot
