The Seljuk state in Anatolia, formed by the Seljuks ( coming from Central Asia ) collapsed and turned into ''Turkish Beyliks'', one of them being the Ottoman. If im wrong, then the anatolian state was ''Turkish'' but the whole Seljuk empire wasn't Turkish at all. But it doesn't make sense for the Seljuks to be considered Turkish, as they came from Central Asian turkic civilisations, conquered Anatolia and then it was like a rebellion from the Turkish people.
