First of all Syrias biggest water source is Euphrates river and it flows from Turkey to Syria exactly to the so called “Kurdish region”, in any event Turkey can cut off their water supply, secondly Israel is not in a position to directly meddle in northern Syria not geopolitically nor militarily is possible for them, especially after Trumps recent announcements of leaving Syria to Turkey and taking US troops back home of Syria. Thirdly Turkey never allows any terror establishment in its borders and lastly Syrian government announced that they will not tolerate any militants groups in their borders.
