@@AllThings.D, lymphatic massage addresses the lymph system which is just under the skin, not at the depth of muscle. A lymphatic massage is very gentle because when done correctly only drains the lymph nodes. The musculature is not addressed in a lymphatic draining massage.

This was amazing!! I had a BBL done last September in Tampa and the instructions were very basic. I was also told no massages for almost one week post op which was extremely painful and I was told to put a waist trainer on over the faja as it loosened up. Needless to say, my end results were not optimal and they said “sorry, it doesn’t look ideal but you just didn’t heal right 🤷🏻‍♀️.” Wish I would’ve come to you! Love your work.

I don't use J Plasma. I don't like techniques that use heat because in my experience they create more scarring than traditional liposuction and increase the chances of fibrosis. I would never use it on my wife or a family member. I have used J plasma 20 years ago when I used to do general surgery and would use it to coagulate the liver when removing a liver tumor. That is what it was originally used for but then fell out of favor for that and then they found other uses for it in plastic surgery.

I would need more information. A mommy makeover can mean so many things. In general though I suggest a tummy tuck fist and six months later a BBL. Thank you for your reply. My surgeon suggested BBL first, then breast Augmentation, and Abdominoplasty. He explained that doing the BBL first would ensure I have enough fat to do the BBL. And doing the Breast Augmentation with Abdominoplasty and Lipo360 first would be removing fat to be thrown away and not used.

Every plastic surgeon is different. Here is my reasoning. In my experience it is better to do the tummy tuck first when the tissue is soft and pliable and when you can move the skin down after the resection. The problem doing a tummy tuck after the BBL is there can be scarring from the liposuction which can make it difficult to pull the skin and perform a tummy tuck. I would do the tummy tuck first and the breast aug with the tummy tuck. Then 6 months later I would perform a BBL. People worry there won't be fat after a tummy tuck to do the BBL but there is plenty left after a tummy tuck because the TT just removes the skin and the fat in the lower front abdomen but all of the fat in the flanks, back, key area is left which provides ample fat for a BBL. Q:1. If you have to wear a faja how do you shower or bend over to get cleaned up? Q:2 how long can we stay in hospital if there’s no help at home. I’m 59yrs old and lost quite a bit of weight over the years. I won’t have any help at home for care. And my job requires sitting. How long should i wait to return to work after a bbl. I’mma truck driver and drive for 5 hours straight 3 nights a week. I’m down to 175. Fluctuate 5lbs. And have a large muffin top. All very loose skin and fat. I’ve had, back in 2009, an extended panelectomy and mons tuck. I was stuck at 229. I’ve lost the weight i desired. Gained a bit back. But i don’t want to be petit thin. Just finally proportioned. I have small hips. And in 2009 with that extended lower panelectomy and lipoed my flanks and pulled up my bottom. Now I’m looking into getting lifted everywhere i can and get all this skin removed. What should or could be done first or together so that i can do lil at as time. Price wise. There’s allot to get done. With the right bra, i can wait on a breast aug and seriously get the tummy tuck done. Then my legs are all skin sag horribly. I don’t think my arm lift and breast should be done together. I wouldn’t be able to put in my bra if I’mto be that sore

Depends on what you are having done with a mommy makeover. You can have a BBL and a Breast Augmentation together but not a BBL and a breast lift for example.

You really just need to avoid the saturated fats (meat, fried foods, butter, pizza, hamburgers etc), and concentrate on eating the unsaturated fats but I will make a video on this topic.
